Engineering vehicle solutions from innovative concepts to high quality production. Offering an unrivalled service and creating exceptional bespoke vehicles or higher volume production runs. Focused on the design for customer needs we have the capabilities to turn the concept into reality.

Our design and analysis processes allow us to comply to the specific requirements and needs of the mission set out by the end user.

Our product engineering links the design to manufacturing engineering. With prototype facilities we can convert the design into reality and provide testing and validation for full vehicle systems and single components.

We have a skilled and experienced team who produce one-off solutions using a number of different techniques.
  • Accessory design
  • Diagnostics & testing
AADS production facility is dynamic and scalable, making it flexible and quick to react to the customer's needs.

Our fabrication area allows us to explore most chassis configurations. Together with our engineering resource we can redesign and rework chassis and body structures to enable an increased capability, should it be for load or space.

As part of our production line we have a fully enclosed 70 m3 sand blasting facility, which ensures all our components are prepared to the highest level before the specified surface finish is applied.

This helps us ensure all our products are made to the highest quality, durable and robust.

Our paint facility relies on several open faced and closed booths, letting us cover all aspects of paint, from the small components to complete cars.
  • Bespoke interior trim and options
  • Engine calibration and systems
  • Chassis and bodywork configuration changes
  • Open-face and sealed paint booths
  • Specialist surface protection finishes

Aftersales Support
After sales support and warranty services are provided by AADS partners via a local official dealer or a reputable service centre. AADS has found that this approach works well and provides an efficient mechanism to support in-country issues.

AADS applies this model in an extensive number of countries and it has worked very well providing rapid support with minimal administration for the end users.

If required AADS can arrange for the After Sales Manager to set up such arrangements, in locations where AADS has not previously been required to have a presence.
  • Onsite Assistance
  • Maintenance and service training
Fleet Management
AADS recommends that users and fleet managers take as a base line the service schedules and maintenance routines issued by AADS for the soft-skinned units and adapt them to the requirements as dictated by usage, terrain, driver skills, platform specification and environmental conditions.

The AADS Service Manager can work with Fleet Managers on the ground to tailor-make service routines either during the training phase or in a support capacity by e-mail or telephone.
